Terms of service (draft)
The proposed rules for using Fluenta and connecting a workspace to the WhatsApp Business Platform.
The service
Fluenta provides a visual workspace for building and managing WhatsApp automation. It connects through Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) using the customer’s own Meta app, WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), and phone number. Fluenta does not provision or resell phone numbers.
Accounts and workspace roles
A workspace can have members with four roles, from least to greatest privilege: viewer < agent < editor < owner. Each route enforces the minimum role required for the action.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and workspace members.
Acceptable use
When using Fluenta, the customer must:
- Comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's terms.
- Hold valid opt-in for every contact they message.
- Remain responsible for content sent through their own WABA.
- Use the service only in a way that complies with applicable law.
Your flows and content
The customer owns the flows and content they create or provide in their workspace. Fluenta does not take ownership of that customer content.
Plans, credits, and billing
- One credit equals $1. Plans include a monthly grant of credits for the service's metered usage.
- Message sends keep working until the balance is 5% of the plan's monthly grant below zero. At that point, sends pause rather than silently billing additional overage.
- Top-ups are available in $5, $20, and $100 preset amounts.
Meta charges are separate
Suspension and termination
Fluenta may suspend or end access when use breaches these terms or creates a risk to the service or other workspaces. You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion is currently handled by request; see the data-deletion process.
Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fluenta is provided as-is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, and we do not control Meta's review or approval processes.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fluenta is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. If Fluenta is directly liable, the total amount is limited to the fees you paid Fluenta for the service. Nothing in these draft terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.
Independent of Meta
Fluenta is independent of Meta. Meta Business Verification, display-name review, and template approval are Meta's processes in the customer's own Meta Business Manager.
