Privacy policy (draft)

This draft describes these categories of information:

• Account data used to create and access a Fluenta account.
• Workspace content, including flows, knowledge documents, and WhatsApp conversation data processed on the workspace's behalf.
• Identity-free marketing funnel events described in the website measurement section below.

• Account data lets us provide sign-in and workspace access.
• Workspace content lets us provide the automation service a workspace configures.
• Marketing funnel events help us understand how visitors navigate the public website and choose its calls to action.

For end-customer WhatsApp conversation data processed through a workspace, the workspace is the controller and Fluenta is the processor. The workspace determines the purpose for processing that conversation data.

Conversation data is automatically purged after 90 days. As part of that process, orders are anonymised by nulling the phone number, customer text, Meta message ID, and conversation ID. Audit events for revealed identities are deleted after 90 days.

Depending on a workspace's configuration and use, Fluenta uses these categories of providers. This list names categories, not an invented directory of vendor contracts.

• Meta, for WhatsApp delivery.
• The configured AI model provider, when a workspace uses AI features.
• Stripe and/or Paystack, for payments.
• Blob storage, for uploaded knowledge documents.
• A hosting and database provider, for the application and its data store.

• An authentication session cookie keeps an authenticated session available.
• A per-tab anonymous ID in sessionStorage is used only for public-website funnel measurement.
• There is no cross-site tracking, no advertising cookie, and no third-party analytics SDK.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of data. To make a request, email [email protected] and include the account email address and workspace name involved.

Account deletion and data export are currently handled by email request, not through a self-service control.
