What is a live WhatsApp number?

A connected and enabled number that can process live traffic. Draft or disconnected workflows do not consume this allowance.

What is an active contact?

An active contact is a unique WhatsApp contact that sends or receives at least one message through a live Fluenta workflow during the billing month. The same contact is counted once per workspace per month.

Does Fluenta mark up Meta fees?

No. Meta bills WhatsApp message fees directly to the connected business account. Fluenta does not resell or mark up those charges.

What happens at the active-contact cap?

New contacts are not started once the monthly cap is reached. Conversations with contacts already counted this month continue.

How do live numbers and drafts affect capacity?

A workflow becomes live — and consumes live-number capacity — once it has both a connected WhatsApp number and a published version. Until then it is a draft, and paid plans include unlimited drafts for building, testing, and templates.

How is AI and compute usage billed?

Plans include AI and compute usage. Additional inference, knowledge work, code execution, and connector operations are displayed and billed in dollars.

What happens to Starter or Pro subscriptions?

Existing Starter and Pro subscribers keep their current plan and price. Those legacy plans are not offered to new subscribers.

How much capacity does Agency include?

Agency includes 10 live WhatsApp numbers, 15,000 active contacts each month, 10 members, and unlimited drafts, alongside client workspace isolation, roles, reusable templates and per-client usage history. Limits apply per workspace. Beyond them, capacity is arranged under Enterprise terms rather than bought per unit.

Can I test before connecting a number?

Yes. The simulator works without a WhatsApp number. Try the simulator before connecting credentials.
