When credits run out

A small buffer, then a stop

Builder, code runs, AI, knowledge, and connector calls stop at a zero balance. Conversation turns continue into a small overdraft buffer; the bot pauses below −5% of the monthly grant.

There is no user-settable spending limit and no autocharge. Top-ups are pre-purchased; available presets are $5, $20, $100.

Alerts are in-app only: a low-balance alert at or below 10% and an out-of-credits banner. Fluenta does not send email alerts.

Included monthly credits expire at renewal. Purchased top-up credits never expire.

  • Free: 0.05 credits ($0.05) buffer
  • Starter: 0.5 credits ($0.50) buffer
  • Pro: 2.5 credits ($2.50) buffer

Questions answered

Pricing answers before you commit

What counts as usage?
Platform credits are used for message sends, knowledge answers, code-node wall-clock time, connector calls, and AI tokens for flow generation, runtime AI understanding, and knowledge ingestion. The rate table above shows the unit for each operation.
Are Meta's WhatsApp fees included?
Meta bills WhatsApp conversation fees to your own Meta Business account. Fluenta usage credits are a separate platform charge and never include or resell Meta’s fees.
Can I connect more than one WhatsApp number?
WhatsApp credentials are per bot. Connect each number through the bot that will use its credentials.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Builder, code runs, AI, knowledge, and connector calls stop at a zero balance. Conversation turns continue into a small overdraft buffer, and the bot pauses below −5% of the monthly grant. There is no autocharge; top-ups are pre-purchased using the available $5, $20, $100 presets.
Can I set a spending limit or receive email alerts?
No. There is no user-settable spending limit. Alerts are in-app only: a low-balance alert at or below 10% and an out-of-credits banner. There are no email alerts.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. A workspace owner can cancel a paid subscription from Billing. The plan stays active through the current billing period, then returns to Free; it can be resumed before the period ends.
Can agencies manage several clients?
Yes. Use workspaces to organize client work. Pro supports unlimited bots and 15 team seats, with owner, editor, agent, and viewer roles. Fluenta does not currently offer white-label or client-billing features.
Is there a free way to test?
Yes. The simulator works without a WhatsApp number. Try the simulator before connecting credentials.
Can I export my flows?
Yes. Bot settings include Export JSON, and the bot import route accepts the same portable format. The export contains the bot name and flow graph data; secrets and WhatsApp credentials are excluded.
Do unused included credits roll over?
Included monthly credits expire at renewal. Purchased top-up credits never expire.
