What changed in the workflow platform

This hand-maintained changelog starts with the current release series. Entries describe capabilities available in the product, with limitations called out where they matter.

  1. Testing

Simulate and inspect a workflow run

The simulator can walk a workflow branch before a WhatsApp number is connected, while the debug panel exposes variables, execution position, stack, and canvas highlighting.

  2. Deployment

    Publish immutable workflow versions

Publishing validates the flow and creates a versioned immutable snapshot, so a live workflow does not change with an in-progress draft.

Current limitation: Self-service publication history and rollback controls are not available; restoring a previous snapshot is a support request.

  1. Knowledge

    Ground answers in uploaded knowledge

Knowledge nodes can answer from a bot's uploaded source material and route an unanswered question to an intentional fallback.

  2. Operations

    Escalate conversations to an operator

A Handoff node opens a support ticket, pauses the workflow, and can return control after an operator resolves the ticket.

  1. Campaigns

    Run consent-aware template campaigns

Campaigns let operators preview an audience and send or schedule approved WhatsApp templates to consented contacts.

  2. Integrations

Extend a flow with HTTP and code

HTTP request nodes map responses into flow variables, and code nodes run JavaScript or Python with explicit inputs and outputs.
